This site collects one thing: the email address you choose to give us, so we can tell you when Ask My Customer opens.

We store it in a database on our own server. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone.

We send one email when the plugin is ready. If we ever send anything else, every message has a one-click unsubscribe.

You can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to info@askmycustomer.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

We keep a short-lived server log of IP addresses to stop automated signups. It is not used for anything else.

This page is served from Canada. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data — the same email address works for all four.
